mARC is a new initiative that aims to cryo-bank both pathogens and commensal cultivars. mARC uses an integrative approach of cyrobanking viable cultures, as well as primary samples, and performing whole genome sequencing. You can easily search the collection and their associated genomes, and request strains or primary samples.
